At WPFixs.com, we strive to ensure that all of our customers are fully satisfied with the products they purchase. Since we sell digital downloads, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protect both parties.


1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product does not function as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.

  • You have contacted our support team and allowed reasonable time and cooperation to troubleshoot the problem.

  • You submit clear evidence, such as screenshots or video, showing the issue.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted at our discretion.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.

  • You made a purchase by mistake.

  • You lack the technical skills to install or configure the product.

  • You purchased a product and later found it elsewhere for free or cheaper.

  • You claim the product is “not needed” or “no longer wanted.”

  • The product was downloaded successfully and is working as described.

  • You violated our fair usage policy or terms of service.


3. Due to the Digital Nature of Products

All products on WPFixs.com are digitally delivered and non-tangible, which means once they are downloaded, they cannot be returned or “uninstalled.” As a result, we generally do not offer refunds unless there is a valid technical issue.


4. Replacement or Exchange

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product of equal value or a credit on your account, especially if:

  • The original product is no longer supported or available.

  • You are open to trying an alternative.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at wpfixs@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Screenshots or a video showing the problem

  • Confirmation that you’ve contacted our support team first


6. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 2–5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
